Requirement Gathering & Project Analysis

Define the required roles and skill sets for the Agile team (e.g., Developers, QA, BA, DevOps, Scrum Masters). Determine time zones, cultural fit, working hours, and any specific compliance or industry needs.
Profile Definition & Validation
Create detailed role descriptions and required competencies. Validate and align profiles with client expectations before sourcing begins. Establish delivery timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Talent Sourcing & Pre-screening
Launch targeted sourcing campaigns through Oriontek’s internal talent pools and external platforms. Conduct phone screening interviews to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and motivation. Review candidates’ prior experience relevant to Agile frameworks and team environments.
Psychometric Evaluation
Administer standardized psychometric assessments to evaluate:Personality traits work style and team collaboration behavior
Technical Evaluation & Specialized Interviews
Conduct role-specific technical interviews led by experienced professionals in the candidate’s field (e.g., senior developers, QA leads). Evaluate technical depth, problem-solving, Agile mindset, and real-world scenario handling.
Agile Team Assembly
Once approved, Oriontek forms the Agile team based on the project’s structure: Developers QA Analysts Business Analysts DevOps Engineers Scrum Master (optional or provided by client) Assign clear roles and responsibilities for each team member within the Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Personalized Onboarding
Conduct a tailored onboarding process, which includes: Introduction to client tools, workflows, and team members Security, compliance, and confidentiality training Agile tools setup (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.) Clear milestone and delivery expectation setting
Project Kick-off & Integration
Begin Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives Integrate with client-side product owners and stakeholders as required.
Ongoing Follow-up & Account Management
Assign a dedicated Account Manager to: Monitor team performance and productivity Ensure consistent communication between Oriontek and client Manage issues, replacements, or service adjustments as needed Provide monthly reports and performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Scaling
Gather client feedback regularly to optimize team composition and workflows. Support scalability by quickly onboarding additional roles as project needs evolve. Offer upskilling and training support through Oriontek’s internal academy
