My experience at OTek has been very enriching. The company has given me the opportunity to grow professionally, improve my skills, and strengthen my tech stack in my role as QA Automation. Every evaluation and piece of feedback has been an opportunity to improve and keep advancing in my development. Beyond the professional aspect, I’ve also had the chance to share with colleagues in different activities that encourage integration, trust, and empathy.
